PTC is committed to not only the ongoing development of our existing people but also bringing the next generation into the industry. We are members of the Solent Civil Engineering Employers Group, which in partnership with Fareham College has initiated the development of a dedicated Civil Engineering Training Centre (CETC) with specialist Civil Engineering and Groundworks Apprenticeships. PTC continue to engage in initiatives such as the iConstruct events and schools interactions.
